Waiting List Procedures

The waiting list is usually done each year in November. On the date that Student Lodging, Inc will begin accepting applications, groups will submit a Rental Agreement to the office in Brookwood.

When filling out the form please put all the information for your group on one form. Each group will be numbered as they are submitted. When your group submits a Rental Agreement, it must be accompanied by a check or a Money Order from each person listed on the form. The security deposit required will be equal to one month’s rent. The amount will depend upon which type of apartment your group wants to apply for (see Current Rates for information). Checks and Money Orders are deposited in a security deposit account immediately; they are not held.

Your group will be notified in March whether or not there will be an apartment available for your group to rent. Security deposits will be refunded if there is not have an empty apartment for your group.
