Reighard Hall

Ready to move off campus?  Don’t feel like sharing your space with more than one other person? Reighard Hall is the perfect location for you.
Residence Hall sign-ups are continuing to take place for the 2012-2013 academic year. Fill out the appropriate application then return it with deposit(s) to the SMC Banking Center.


Reighard Hall is located on Shenks Lane, right across the street from the Student Memorial Center(SMC). Parking is provided in lots on site and within walking distance of the Hall.

Reighard Hall has spacious rooms built to house two students per suite.  All suites are equipped with a main living quarters, and one personal bathroom.  Each suite comes completely furnished.

The Board of Directors and management of Student Lodging Inc. stress the importance of resident’s safety. The Hall is equipped with security cameras, well lit parking areas, and a friendly staff to accommodate your needs.

Emergency help available by the RA on duty.  The RA’s contact information is posted on the exterior doors, as well as the main lobby.

Renting Information

Payment for the fall semester is due August 1st, and payment for the spring semester is due December 15th. Payment plans are available upon request.

Each tenant is entitled to one parking tag. You must register your vehicle with the Housing Director.

Student RAs
RAs are students who help management monitor the hall.

  • Perform a safety check in each suite on a monthly basis
  • Tour the building to ensure the safety of all tenants
  • Communicate with tenants on a regular basis
