fifth of each month then you will be
charged a late fee.

The office is open weekdays from 12-5

What is an MA?
MA’s are students who help management
with the control of the apartments.
Jobs performed by MA’s
- Perform a safety check in each
apartment on a monthly basis
- Perform a security tour to ensure
the safety of all tenants
- Communicates with tenants on a
regular basis
